STUDIOUS boss Tom Killick hopes to plot Poole Town’s path to victory against Slough Town with a night in front of the television.

Dolphins’ newly-promoted rivals were beaten 3-2 at Weymouth on Saturday with Killick set to view the action ahead of the Rebels’ trip to Tatnam tonight (7.45pm).

Killick said: “We have a rare chance to look at them because Weymouth produce a 90-minute DVD of all their home games so it will give us some insight.

“Having won what we knew would be a tough match at Redditch, it would be easy for the players to soften their approach at home. Sometimes, you can be a little bit vulnerable and we have to make sure we don’t get caught out.”

Killick is hopeful Cherries loanee Josh O’Hanlon will return after missing Saturday’s match with a dead leg. Luke Roberts and Mike Gosney may be available but Keith Emmerson is ruled out through work commitments.

  • In Division One South & West, influential midfielder Jon Blake is set to miss Wimborne Town’s trip to Yate, while Bashley will look to build on draws in their past two league games by grabbing their first win at fellow strugglers Clevedon.

Bournemouth Poppies travel to Petersfield Town in the Hampshire Senior Cup first round (all 7.45pm).
