RYAN Beck says New Milton are fighting increased expectation due to their success on the field.
New Milton have won six out of six in Southern Premier League Division One this year and will aim to increase that run at home to Andover tomorrow (1pm).
Captain Beck told the Daily Echo: “You can only beat the teams in front of you and we are six out of six, but it does get tougher. When you’re unbeaten, you’re expected to win. It’s rare that teams go unbeaten throughout a season and upsets do happen, but the league is ours to lose.”
New Milton: R Beck, L Beck, N Park, J Park, Rose, Lawes, House, Watts, Elliott, Loader, Gargaro.
- Bournemouth were set to bring in Ben Bridgen, Jake Hurley, Rob Pack and Curtis Watton for the trip to Fawley (1pm).
Bournemouth: Bridgen, Hayward, Kitson, Miller, Schmulian, Hurley, Matthews, A Singh, Jones, Watton, Pack.
