JOSHUA King is an injury doubt for Cherries ahead of tomorrow's home clash with West Brom.

The adaptable frontman was substituted early in the second half during Norway's 3-0 World Cup qualifying defeat to Germany on Sunday.

Cherries boss Eddie Howe confirmed King had sustained a hamstring complaint while on international duty.

Howe, who will make a late decision on the ex-Manchester United man, said: "Joshua is one of those players we are assessing. He came off with a concern and has not trained since returning.

"I'd say he's a doubt at this moment in time."

King has not missed a minute of Cherries' first three games of the Premier League season, featuring against Manchester United, West Ham and Crystal Palace.

The 24-year-old, signed from Blackburn Rovers in May last year, bagged his first goal of the campaign with a well-taken strike at Selhurst Park.

Howe added: "He's come on again from last season. The way he took his goal against Crystal Palace was excellent and a reward for all his hard work.

"He was playing in a slightly different position to what he had for the majority of last season but he has played in very well the past two games."
