WING MAN: Bakary Sako
THE Daily Star reports Cherries are set to join the race for free agent Bakary Sako.
The 15-goal winger was released by Wolves this summer having failed to agree new terms at Molineux.
In May, the Express and Star reported Sako had been on £25,000 per week at Wolves but that his representatives had asked for more than treble that from his Premier League suitors.
A host of top-flight clubs, most recently Aston Villa and Everton, have been linked to the Mali international with “lucrative” offers thought to have been tabled from the Middle East.
Cherries are second favourites behind Leicester to sign Sako with bookmaker BetVictor.
