1 Pitman is the first Cherries player to score a hat-trick in all three tiers of the Football League for the club – v Rochdale (League Two), v Peterborough and Crewe (League One), v Blackpool (Championship).

2 Crowned supporters’ player of the year in 2010, Pitman has won the Dean Court golden boot on three occasions – 2008-09, 2009-10, 2012-13.
3 He has scored 15 hat-tricks for the club – four for the first team, one for the reserves and 10 for the youth team.
4 As a 15-year-old, he became one of Jersey’s youngest first-team goalscorers when he netted for St Paul’s in the first round of the Jeremie Cup.
5 Pitman has scored 178 goals for Cherries at three different levels – 101 for the first team, 22 for the reserves and 55 for the youth team. He lists his favourite goal as a 25-yard volley against Burton Albion in September 2009.

6 Pitman scored his first and 100th league goals against Blackpool, the club he almost joined in August 2010. His 50th league goal came against Bradford in April 2010.

7 The Channel Islander accepted an invitation to train with Joe Roach’s youth team after scoring four times for Jersey under-18s in a 4-1 victory against Cherries under-17s in July 2004.
8 Pitman scored on his debut for Cherries youth against Exeter in August 2004 and also netted on his first appearance for the reserves against Cheltenham a month later. He also netted on his first-team debut – in a penalty shootout during a League Cup first round tie at Torquay.
9 He scored Cherries’ first goal in Eddie Howe’s first game as permanent manager – a stunning 30-yard free-kick in a 3-1 win over Wycombe in January 2009.

10 Also a talented cricketer, Pitman scored his maiden 50 for Victoria College during a tour to the UK in 2004 and also kept wicket impressively against the MCC.
11 Pitman is the fifth Cherries player to score a hat-trick in the second tier, joining Marc Pugh, Yann Kermorgant, Luther Blissett and Paul Moulden.
