BOSS Graham Kemp admitted he already had an eye on the FA Vase as Ben Osborne’s second-half strike handed Christchurch a 1-0 home win over Newport (IOW).
Priory claimed the Russell Cotes Cup second round victory on Tuesday night thanks to an effort from the in-form striker.
Kemp confessed that it had been impossible not to look ahead to Saturday’s Vase clash against Melksham Town at Hurn Bridge.
He said: “The players and me had one eye on Saturday. As much as you try to concentrate on the game at hand, it is hard.”
