CALLING all Poole fans.

Here’s your chance to vote for the man you feel has earned the prestigious accolade of Daily Echo Pirates rider-of-the-year.

Yes, the Daily Echo Trophy is up for grabs again.

All you have to do to register support for your favourite rider is confirm your vote by midnight on Thursday, November 4.

Will it be current holder Chris Holder, who is in the running to become the first rider to carry off our award three times in succession since its inception in 2000.

Or will it be Bjarne Pedersen, also a two-times previous winner of our accolade, in 2004 and 2005, who has enjoyed another fantastic campaign with Poole.

Then there is Davey Watt, this year’s Pirates skipper who has helped them plunder silverware in each of the four seasons he has ridden in a skull and crossbones race jacket.

Or will it be one of two flamboyant newcomers to the Dorset side, Darcy Ward or Leon Madsen.

You may feel Polish sensation Artur Mroczka deserves your vote, or that determined Jason Doyle should carry off our accolade.

Before Holder carried off our accolade in 2008 and also 12 months ago, the previous winners were Jason Crump (2007), Craig Boyce (2006), Pedersen (2005, 2004), Leigh Adams (2003), Tony Rickardsson (2002), Krzysztof Cegielski (2001) and Mark Loram (2000).

The choice of the 2010 winner is yours. You will make the final decision. So get voting as soon as possible.
