CHERRIES boss Jimmy Quinn has made securing the services of three current players one of his first transfer-window priorities.

Quinn is looking to keep loan pair Mark Molesley and Matt Tubbs, together with out-of-contract defender Ryan Garry.

Molesley and Tubbs’s respective loan deals from Grays and Salisbury expire on New Year’s Eve, as does Garry’s six-month contract.

And Quinn is hoping to tie the trio to fresh terms, once he has finalised his budget with club owners Paul Baker and Alastair Saverimutto.

Quinn told the Daily Echo: “I’m having a meeting with Paul and Savi, probably after the Boxing Day game, to go through possible targets and any other business.

“I don’t really know exactly what the financial situation is or how much I might have to play with.

“If we had beaten Blyth, it wouldn’t have been a problem because we would have made a few quid so we will just have to weigh up everything.

“I’ve spoken to Ryan and told him that if he puts in some good performances between now and then it will be an easy one.

“I would be keen to keep both Mark and Matt, but again, I’ve |got to speak to Paul and Savi first.”
