PLAYER-manager Christer Warren has left Wimborne Town by "mutual consent".
Magpies director Paul Miller and chairman Ken Stewart confirmed the news earlier today, but refused to comment on the identity of a potential successor.
However, the Echo understands that former Bournemouth Poppies boss James Wood is a frontrunner to fill the vacant hotseat, with ex-Winchester City manager Andy Leader also in the frame.
