SIX more of Cherries’ first-team squad got match minutes as they featured for their countries.

Two played against each other during a friendly in Budapest.

Milos Kerkez and Enes Unal started the contest for Hungary and Turkey respectively, the hosts running out 1-0 winners.

Unal had a big role to play in what turned out to be the winning goal, penalised for a handball in the penalty area. Liverpool’s Dominik Szoboszlai converted from 12 yards, before both Kerkez and Unal were substituted on the hour mark.

Ryan Christie came close to finding the net for Scotland, before a late furry of goals saw them lose 4-0 against the Netherlands.

Christie was withdrawn on 74 minutes, shortly after Scotland had fallen 2-0 behind in Amsterdam.

Antoine Semenyo played the full 90 minutes as Ghana lost out 2-1 to Nigeria in Marrakesh.

Semenyo started on the left wing for the Black Stars and spurned some good opportunities to find the net, before earning a late penalty having been fouled by Bright Osayi-Samuel.

Also in Morocco, Dango Ouattara started for Burkina Faso as they lost 2-1 to Libya.

Alex Scott made his England under-21s debut, coming off the bench to play the final 15 minutes of a 5-1 win against Azerbaijan.

Mark Travers was an unused substitute as Republic of Ireland drew 0-0 with Belgium, Liverpool’s Caoimhin Kelleher keeping a clean sheet.
