BOURNEMOUTH Electric manager Russell Brown was full of praise for the Foresters Arms after they held the reigning Hayward Sunday Premier League champions to a 3-3 draw at Broadway Park.

"They were excellent today and thoroughly deserved their draw," said the Electric boss. Ross Mills, James Wood and Dan Baguley were the Electric marksmen with Alex Davis, Bill Stride and Barry Ward replying for the Foresters.

Bottom-placed Redhill were on the receiving end again when West Moors Social Club sank them 3-0 with goals from Adam Faulkner (2) and Liam McGlynn.

FLYNN'S FLOURISH

SPIRE Broadway are five points clear in Division One after Tom Flynn's second-half hat-trick secured a 3-1 victory over tailenders Bournemouth Athletic who relied through Mark Charles.

Peter Brickhill struck twice for Tradelink Angel but AFC Bransgore just got the better of them 3-2 with goals from Sam Cooke, Mark Warne-Smith and Kevin Brennan.

AFC Bransgore Reserves were twice in front through Roger Walton and David Cook in Division Three but Mazars emerged 5-2 winners thanks to Viv Greywoode (2), Jason Lear (2) and Paul Bathgate.

AFC Verwood have the Division Four leaders in their sights after Luke Homer (2), Andy Martin and Liam Morrison gave Arkon a 4-0 tanning.

It's two wins in a row for Poole Labour Club as they climb out of the relegation zone after shading it 3-2 against JS Bournemouth Sports. Jim Geddes, Craig Newey and Marc Wells were the PLC scorers with Mark Sayers and Jordan Stevens replying for Sports.

PINOCCHIO PIPPED

NEIL Sexton (2) and Gareth Hale struck for Pinocchio but the Division Five pacesetters were beaten for the second week running when Magpies and Woolsbridge United surprised them 4-3 with goals from Sean O'Neill (2), Aron Lucas and Lewis Swaffield.

Queens Park go second after Alan Rocker (2), Steve Flynn and James Burgess gave them the upper hand 4-2 against Rec Athletic who replied through Sami Garcia and Scott Ison.

Umix were also 4-2 winners when Mike La Ronde's hat-trick and a goal from Ben Toghill put paid to Lectus Reserves. Michael Dicks and Steve Lucas were the Lectus scorers.

Paul Stanyard led the way with a hat-trick when Division Six high flyers Dorset Knob crushed tailenders Branksome Conservative 9-1 with Ben Truan (2), Danny Payne (2), Stuart Harley and Steve Newman also on target.

Danny Rattew bagged a hat-trick for Roko Reserves and Daniel Snell added another but it was to no avail with second-placed Hardy's Electrical getting the better of them 6-4 courtesy of Shaun Waterman's treble and further goals from Shahed Miah, Alan Summerfield and Chris Payne.

Duncan Atkinson netted for AFC Ringwood but Oakdale Conservative had a 5-1 majority thanks to Clay Pawlowski, Rob Cole, Steve Geary, Peter Holbert and Matt Sturgess.

Hundred per cent White Heather Hornets move up to third place after Mark Downs, Lewis Burgis, Danny Light and Danny Moore put paid to Pottery 4-1.

HART'S GRE-EIGHT LEAD

WHITE Hart opened up an eight-point lead in Division Seven after their 1-0 win over Alsden courtesy of an own goal and JS Bournemouth Sports Reserves move up to third place after David Wilcock and Mark Pimperton gave them the edge 2-1 against TX United Reserves.

Paul Eley struck twice for AFC Hewitt Green but Shoulder of Mutton were 3-2 winners thanks to Rory Clarke, Leighton Clarke and George Bull.

There was also a 3-2 scoreline in Division Eight when Chaseside Wanderers just got the better of Poole Bay Estates with goals from Chris Bryant, Dean Iles and Jonathan Massey. Rob Doble and Craig Haynes were the Poole Bay scorers.

Shaun McAteer struck for third-placed Verwood SSC in Division Nine but DH Britannia managed to hold them to a 1-1 draw thanks to Ali Brown's first-half penalty.

Rossmore Athletic stay in touch with the Division 10 leaders after Shayne Barney and Sam Thompson clinched a 2-1 success against Boscombe Celtic Reserves who replied through Ben King.

Bottom-placed Branksome Celtic Reserves doubled their points total when they tonked fellow strugglers Forest Heath 4-1 thanks to Matt Sherwood's hat-trick and an own goal.
