BOURNEMOUTH Rowing Club recorded notable results at the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta at the National Watersports Centre in Nottingham.
Ben Chesterman and Charlie Ranson put in a solid performance in the double, narrowly missing out on the A final before finishing third in the B final.
Bournemouth RC’s coxed four, comprising Dom Bihari, Nathan Prowles, Tom Cave, Connor Stone and cox Alex Sturney, powered to an impressive fourth in the A final.
The same four rowers then teamed up with a quartet from Winchester to form a composite crew which progressed from heats.
Chesterman and Ranson joined Bihari and Prowles in the A final and alongside the four Winchester rowers, they finished fourth.
