EDDIE Howe today became the 10th longest-serving manager in the country.
Cherries boss Howe moved up one place on the list of active bosses after Dean Smith ended his near five-year stint at Walsall to take over at Brentford.
Howe returned to Dean Court for his second spell in charge in October 2012 following a stint at Burnley.
Arsene Wenger holds a huge lead at the top of the standings having taken the reins at Arsenal more than 19 years ago.
Second is Exeter boss Paul Tisdale, who is approaching his 10-year anniversary, while Karl Robinson has been in charge at MK Dons for more than five years.
