CHERRIES striker Tokelo Rantie has been named in the South Africa squad for a friendly against Brazil in Johannesburg next month.
Rantie will be hoping to feature when Bafana Bafana host the five-times World Cup winners at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday, March 5.
The 24-year-old, who joined Cherries in a club record transfer from Swedish club Malmo in August, has netted four goals in 17 appearances for his country, including a stunning individual effort in a 1-1 draw with Morocco in October.
His last cap came during a 1-0 win over Spain in a friendly in November. Rantie will fly to South Africa following Cherries’ Championship clash with Doncaster on March 1.
