REPRESENTATIVES from a Dutch club were understood to have watched Cherries midfielder Lorenzo Davids during a training match this afternoon.
Davids was part of an experimental Cherries team which suffered a 3-0 friendly defeat at the hands of Reading in Kings Park.
Former Cherries loan stars Alex Pearce and Jem Karacan featured for the Premier League outfit, alongside the likes of ex-Republic of Ireland defender Ian Harte and midfielder Danny Guthrie.
Karacan opened the scoring for Reading before a second-half double from Dominic Samuel.
Cherries handed valuable game-time to young goalkeeper Benjamin Buchel, Stephane Zubar, Joe Partington, Davids and Frank Demouge in a team which mainly consisted of development players.
