We’ve teamed up with Swimming Nature to offer one lucky reader a term of swimming lessons.

The company teaches swimming at Fitness First on Queens Park South Drive, Bournemouth - and offers a unique approach. Teaching to very small groups at a time, specially trained coaches ensure that beginners learn correct swimming techniques from the start, focusing on water support, breathing and balance. The classes are available for swimmers of all ages.

The company’s ambassador, ex Olympic swimmer Mark Foster says: “The Amateur Swimming Association recently revealed that a fifth of UK adults cannot swim, but that 2.13 million adults are keen to learn. The beauty of Swimming Nature is that it helps children and adults alike swim properly from the start, using techniques that elite athletes use.”

To be in with a chance of winning a term of lessons for you or your child, worth over £250, simply send your answer to the following question: Why would you like to swim beautifully?

By post: Send your entry on the back of a postcard along with your name, address, e-mail and contact number to Swimming Nature Competition, Daily Echo, Fleet House, Hampshire Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 9XD before the closing date of 4th June 2015.
