Bournemouth Echo: An unacceptably high price An unacceptably high price

HUNDREDS of motorists, perhaps more, would have found their journey disrupted yesterday after two serious road traffic incidents in Dorset.

A motorcyclist died in a collision with a car at Wool. And a rider was taken to hospital with serious injures after coming off his bike on the Dorset Way in Poole. The crashes happened within an hour of each other. It’s too early to say why these incidents happened. But one thing is clear.

The number of riders killed and seriously injured on our roads is far too high. Never has the slogan ‘Think Bike’ been a more appropriate message. For everyone.

Has that last sentence been properly considered because in saying "Never has the slogan ‘Think Bike’ been a more appropriate message. For everyone." the clear implication (at least to me) is that the Echo believes that the motorist is always the one at fault - and they most certainly are not!

It's just the idiots at the echo pouring sanctimonious nonsense again,as if they're better, they're not.

The way you lot get around is wrong, and the carnage and generally unpleasant situations on the roads, and the overburdened health service, are proof of that.
