Picture of the day: Little and Large at Bournemouth Regatta in 1980
In 1980 Sarah Benwell, ten, centre left, and Karen Skinner, eleven, won the their age group fancy dress competition at Bournemouth Regatta , dressed as the comedy duo Little and Large. They had no idea that Sid Little and Eddie Large, pictured, would be the judges at the event. A photographer from the Bournemouth Times took a picture of the happy group.
