DORSET animal rescue charity Margaret Green is hoping to find permanent homes for six cats and dogs.

Megan is a one-year-old Collie cross is looking for an experienced home. Although she is very sociable and likes to play with other dogs, she would prefer to be the only pet in an adult only home.

One-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Astro, is a happy, active boy, who is looking for an experienced family to match his fun personality. He would suit an adult only home as the only pet.

Gunner is a bouncy, playful nine-month-old Lurcher. He is looking to live with a fun active family who have had dogs before. Gunner would like to be the only pet and he loves cuddles so can live with older children.

Chorlton is a seven-year-old cat who is “very affectionate” but likes to do his own thing, too. He is looking for an adult only forever home, where he is the only pet.

Ebony is an 18-week-old kitten who is “super friendly” but can be a little wary in new situations and of loud noises so might be better living with older children. She may be able to live with a friendly dog.

Finally, there’s Milly. A 10-year-old cat who is very nervous and would need to be in a quiet, adult only home with no other pets.
