Picture of the Day: Pier Approach as it was - but when?
Much has changed since this picture of Bournemouth Pier Approach was taken. It belongs to Paul Shee of Poole.
The Victorian building entrance to the pier on the right was replaced. The baths house, centre left, was also replaced with the Pier Approach Baths, that was more for entertainment than cleaning the body.
Does anyone have any idea what the building in the centre is or when the picture was taken?
