The Bournemouth Air Festival runs until Sunday with flying displays taking place each day over the seafront and dusk displays on Friday and Saturday evening. There's will be live entertainment in the Lower Gardens on Friday and Saturday from 7pm with free music at Bournemouth's Pier Approach from 8pm from The Ultimate Earth, Wind & Fire on Friday and Roy G Hemmings on Saturday. Plus, there will be not one but two fireworks displays on Friday and Saturday night at 10pm. 

The Friends of Stanpit Marsh are holding their annual Summer Fayre in Priory House Gardens from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday with craft stalls, games, a raffle, tombola, children's corner, cream teas, hot dogs and a live jazz band. Entry is free.

Sports tasters, a classic car and bike show and live music are just some of the things on offer at the Fryer Field Activity Day on Saturday. The event takes place from 11am to 3pm at Fryer Field Recreation Ground, in Bond Avenue, West Moors. Entry is free and there will be various stalls and refreshments. A free dance class for all ages is being held on the terrace of Pavilion Dance on Friday. The Dancing Terraces event runs from 7pm to 9pm and will be themed around Dance Club Fit led by Michael French. Alternatively, people can come along and enjoy a free 1940s-style social dance class on Saturday during the same times.

Come along to a Big Wild Picnic by the River Stour on Saturday. Bring along a picnic blanket and hamper and the rangers at Kingfisher Barn off Granby Road will keep people entertained with bug hunts, a wildlife show and trails.

A Great British Tea Party takes place at High Mead Farm on Sunday between 10am and 4pm. There will be entertainment for children, cream teas, a disco, bouncy castle, BBQ, Hog Roast, hook a duck, face painting, shopping corner and much more. The event is to raise money and awareness of the Royal British Legion and High Mead Farm with an added local fundraiser in memory of Jack Gudge . Suggested donation is £1 entry for adults and kids are free.

More than 350 vehicles will be on show at the brand new Beaulieu Supercar Weekend. The high octane weekend will replace Beaulieu’s Supercar Showdown, a one-day event held at the museum for the past five years. There will be stunts and precision driving demonstrations, guest speakers and firework display, plus a special tribute collection to Murray Walker OBE. Entry fees apply.
