CONDOR’S high speed ferry services have been cancelled today between Poole and the Channel Islands due to an engine fault.
The Condor Liberation was running on “reduced power” yesterday evening following a problem with its fuel pump.
While engineers investigate and repair the fault, sailings have had to be cancelled.
With the exception of day trips, Condor is offering alternative sailings for all affected customers.
Passengers due to make a day trip will be offered a full refund or travel on an alternative date.
A Condor spokesperson said: “We apologise for the inconvenience which this disruption will cause to customers’ journeys.
“Engineers are working around the clock to repair the fault, and an update regarding services on Wednesday will be issued by 12 noon on Tuesday.
“Customers who do not wish to travel will be offered a full refund. Customers whose arrival is delayed may claim a partial refund or their fare under the EU Passenger Rights Directive.”
