A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital after being involved in a collision with a car in Poole this morning.
Emergency services were called to Waterloo Road, near the Shell garage, at around 8.20am.
A spokesman from the South Western Ambulance Service said the male motorcyclist sustained leg injuries.
He said: “There was one male casualty who had come off his bike. He had suffered a leg injury and was taken to Poole Hospital for treatment. His injuries are not thought to be serious.”
A Dorset Police spokeswoman said the collision involved a silver Vauxhall Zafira and a black Yamaha motorcycle.
The driver of the car was not believed to have been hurt.
