A family are appealing for help to find a couple who saved their dad as he was on the verge of slipping into a coma.
In a post on Facebook that's been shared thousands of times, the Richardson family are trying to trace a couple who were driving along the A336 from Totton to Cadnam on Wednesday night.
They say: "A few days back my dad left St Mary's after watching the Saints game but unknown to my dad he had caught hyperthermia ... which caused him to also become hypoglycaemic.
"After getting in his car he blanked out and was eventually flagged down by the couple we are trying to locate.
"He had crashed the car and was still trying to drive it etc until he pulled over when the couple flashed their lights to get his attention.
"Unknown to these amazing people our dad was suffering from hypoglycaemia and hypothermia, he was completely disorientated and minutes away from slipping into a coma.
"Without these people there is a real potential that he would not be with us today. We would like to track them down so we can thank them for what they did. Please share this across the Totton,Cadnam and Lyndhurst areas. Thank you."

They say the incident happened between 2230-2250 on January 13, near the Bartley Lodge Hotel, and their father was in a Vauxhall Zafira.
