PLANS to demolish a bungalow in Mudeford and replace it with two new homes have been submitted.
The proposals for the detached house at 115 Mudeford Lane have been handed to Christchurch Borough Council.
The scheme will be set back from the road and according to the developers, has been designed to "sit well in character of the local area, which avoids harm to the amenities of neighbouring residents."
Both new contemporary style houses will have a garden and car parking space to the front of the houses.
They will also have side access, and will be divided by a shared maintenance alleyway.
There will be decking and storage in the gardens as well.
Residents have until November 2 to comment on the plans.
