Christchurch Quay is flooded this lunchtime due to high spring tides and stormy conditions.
The Environment Agency has issued a warning for the area as spring tides and stormy conditions led to high coastal water levels.
It includes Mudeford, Stanpit, the Quomps and Wick areas.
High tide was due at 11.15am, with the warning in force for two hours afterwards.
The forecast wind strength is Force 7.
