Aldi is to open a store in Christchurch on Meteor Retail Park on Thursday October 27 at 8am, with a special golden ticket event.
It will be handing out golden envelopes, each containing tickets to win a range of prizes including a 32” HD TV/DVD combi, luxury Aldi hampers and a smartphone to the first 100 people in the queue.
A DJ will host the ‘golden ticket’ opening and entertain customers in the queue.
