Bridge Street and Castle Street in Christchurch to reopen after roadworks overrun
TWO busy routes in Christchurch will be reopened today after a nine day closure.
Castle Street and Bridge Street, which were due to be open on Friday, will open today at 12noon.
The delay in reopening was due to overrunning traffic signal works on Town Bridge.
The extended closure was part of the work on the route by the county council, BT and Scottish Southern Energy (SSE).
