A MAN has been arrested after a Bournemouth taxi driver was allegedly robbed at knifepoint.
The complainant - a local man aged in his 50s - picked up two men and a woman in his taxi outside Bournemouth train station at around 12.10am on Tuesday, September 20.
As the taxi travelled along Wimborne Road, the woman asked the driver to go into Lawford Road and pull over.
It is alleged that all three left the taxi and began to walk off, before the two men returned and demanded money from the taxi driver, threatening him with a knife.
The driver did not suffer any injuries during the alleged incident.
Police investigating the report released CCTV images of two men they wished to speak to.
A 32-year-old Bournemouth man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and is currently assisting officers with their enquiries.
