A LIST of proposed changes to AFC Bournemouth's stadium plans has been released by the council.
The club's three applications, including upgraded training facilities, a media studio and under-pitch heating, will be considered by Bournemouth councillors at a special planning meeting on Wednesday.
Planning officers have recommended the plans for approval, but with certain conditions including installing bird boxes to compensate for the loss of natural habitats, allowing occasional weekend use of the training pavilion, and improving the appearance of the privacy screening around the training pitches.
The authority has received four public objections to the screening, and representations from the Civic Society and Sport England about the TV studio, although neither has objected.
The proposed developments are required by Cherries to meet the requirements of the Premier League, after their promotion at the end of last season.
