FILMS about living in Bournemouth are being using by a hospital trust to attract new staff.
The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals Trust has overhauled its recruitment website in an attempt to make it more informative for potential employees.
As well information on roles available, training on offer, staff benefits, accommodation and relocation assistance, it has added new features.
These include films giving an insight into what it is like living in the area and showing what the hospitals look like.
Karen Allman, the trust’s HR director, said: “Recruitment is a key issue for us and we are looking to recruit into a number of roles, including nurses, consultants and estates staff. Having permanent members of staff enables us to strengthen our teams and improve the care we offer to our patients.”
