CHARLES MICHAEL ANTHONY BROADBENT aged 50 of Hibbs Close, Wareham, was convicted at Dorset Magistrates on 27/11/17 for contacting a person at Bournemouth between 20/5/17 and 5/6/17 via text messages and phone calls which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by Bournemouth Court on 5/5/17. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. To pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
MICHAELA WILSON aged 34 of Leigh Road, Wimborne, admits to using an unlicensed motor vehicle on A349 at Poole on 22/1/16. Fined £70. To pay £135 vehicle excise back duty.
LEE JONATHAN RICE aged 42 of Pardys Hill, Wimborne, admits to sending text messages to a person at Corfe Mullen on 13/8/17 which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made by Bournemouth Court on 21/6/17. Conditionally discharged for six months. To pay £20 victim surcharge.
