Fined £120. To pay £500 compensation. To pay £15 victim surcharge and £300 court costs. Also found guilty of fraud by making false representation on 1/7/13 by advertising ‘Shimano RS80 Wheels’ on Gumtree website, receiving payment and then failing to supply the item, intending to make a gain of £85. Fined £120. To pay £85 compensation. Also found guilty of fraud by making false representation on 12/11/13 by advertising an ‘Easton Steam’ for a pedal cycle on Gumtree website, receiving payment and then failing to supply item, intending to make a gain of £10. Fined £120. To pay £10 compensation. Also found guilty of fraud by making false representation on 26/2/14 by advertising a ‘Shimano Ultegra Group Gear Set’ on Gumtree website, receiving payment and then failing to supply the item, intending to make a gain of £170. Fined £120. To pay £170 compensation.
