LOUIS MICHAEL SAMUEL COOK aged 21 of New Road, West Parley, Ferndown, admits to driving a motor vehicle at Churchill Road, Poole on 15/12/15 when the proportion of a controlled drug, Amphetamine, in the blood was 595ng/ml, exceeding the limit. Fined £140. To pay £20 victim surcharge and £300 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
