A MAN is due to appear in court tomorrow charged with causing the death of Ringwood mum-of-two Tereasa Cutler in a car crash.
The 49-year-old died in a collision on the A31, near to Lake Gates in Wimborne, as she drove home from her sister's funeral in June last year.
Her 18-year-old daughter, Alice, son Daniel, 16, and 19-year-old nephew, Joseph Woodland, were also in her Ford Fiesta and suffered injuries when it collided with a BMW 3 Series.
A 25-year-old man from Dorchester received a postal requisition to appear at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Friday 15 April 2016, for the offences of causing death by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured and three counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
