Also admits to handling stolen goods at Saxon Square, Christchurch, on 16/11/15. Also admits to failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates on 3/3/16 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 17/2/16. Committed to prison for 52 weeks suspended for 18 months. Drug Rehabilitation Requirement. To have treatment for drug dependency as a non-resident patient for six months.
ROSS DOMINIC BOYLE aged 26 of Old Milton Road, New Milton, admits to possession of MDMA drug at Bournemouth on 7/2/16. Fined £350. To pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
DANIEL ROBERT SWAN aged 19 of no fixed abode, admits to assaulting a person at Bargates, Christchurch on 15/2/16. Conditionally discharged for 18 months. To pay £15 compensation.
