Fined £300. To pay victim surcharge of £30. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months. Disqualification to be reduced by 22 weeks if by 05/04/17 the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the secretary of state. The cost of the course will not exceed £250.
