Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of breaching a restraining order by approaching and speaking to a named person at the Square, Wimborne, when prohibited from doing so. Committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 12 months. Defendant to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within next 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £80. Costs of £200.
