Have you enterered the annual Daily Echo/Castle Cameras photo competition yet?

We want your best shot from this year's festival, the one you feel captures the essence of the Air Festival 2014.

See the 39 best images from the last five years of the competition here

Adults can win £300 in Castle Cameras vouchers, while junior snappers can win themselves a red Canon Powershot SX 280 HS.

There are two categories, adult and junior (16 and under). Once you’ve chosen your best image (only one entry per person), send us an email with your name, age (for juniors only), address and phone number to airfest2014@bournemouthecho.co.uk

The file should be as large as possible, at least 500kb and state in the subject heading either ‘Adult Air Festival comp’ or ‘Junior Air Festival Comp’.

We will display our favourite images in a gallery at bournemouthecho.co.uk/air and the deadline for entries is Friday September 5.

Don't fancy that? How about our phone photo of the day competition?

But this year we want to recognise the thousands of you who take photos with your phones - so we're also launching a phone-only picture of the day.

Every day, we want you to tweet or Instagram your best picture taken with your phone, using the hashtag #bmthairphoto. All the details are here.

We'll pick a winner and annouce it at noon the following day, and each winner will get a copy of the Daily Echo's Air Festival Book plus a ticket for the Bournemouth Balloon and £20 to spend with app Postsnap, who turn your pictures into postcards and send them. Usual Daily Echo rules will apply.
