DORSET band StopGoSixty has carefully nurtured a small but growing fanbase having gigged extensively throughout the south west.
With an ear for a catchy tune, the band has earned themselves support slots with McFly, Toploader and soul legend Ruby Turner.
Since their formation in 2009, bandmembers David Collier, Sam Drury, Issac Marques, Mark Batch and Ollie Parker have changed and evolved.
It was never just their song writing that caught the eye though – it was where they did it.
You may have even seen the boys travelling to gigs in the lead singer’s small green Peugeot known as ‘The Green Hornet’.
Only big enough to fit a keyboard and a guitar, the band were often seen writing in it and would turn up to all their shows squeezed in it.
Recently, StopGoSixty have gone undergone a huge make-over and the beloved green wheels has been sent to the scrap heap.
It’s all change.
Chrysalis is their new EP and it marks a significant transition in the band’s sound.
Sophisticated with a big sound, StopGoSixty have shifted up a gear.
The band now plans to reintroduce themselves to the nation with the release of their brand new EP on January 28 next year.
