A MAIN Dorset road is closed eastbound this morning after a car crashed into a telephone pole.
Police said nobody was injured in the accident on the A31 between the B3075 Spetisbury turn off and A350 Poole Road, but it was necessary to close the carriageway going east while the BMW car involved was recovered and the pole replaced.
Traffic is being diverted.
