In yesterday’s Echo we erroneously reported that MARTYN JAMES DASHWOOD aged 31, of Belben Road, Poole had admitted resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. He had in fact pleaded not guilty to the offence, but was found guilty. He was fined £110, ordered to pay compensation of £100, victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £225. We are happy to put the record straight.
