To pay victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and licence endorsed with six points. Also proved in absence that she failed to produce her driving licence for examination when required to do so by a constable. No separate penalty.
DAMIEN RALPH HAYDON aged 20 of Station Road, Wimborne. Admitted fraud by selling a flute and drill to Cash Generator knowing these items were stolen. Conditional discharge for 12 months. To pay compensation of £29 and £20 and costs of £85 and for two other offences to be taken into consideration. Also failed to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court. Conditional discharge for 12 months.
GEORGE RONALD SHAVE aged 41 of Hardy Crescent, Wimborne. Proved in absence that he failed to identify the driver of a Mercedes motor van alleged to have been involved in an offence. Fined £600, victim surcharge £15 and £85 costs.
