Admitted driving a Ford car on Barrack Road without due care and attention by veering across the dual carriageway, over the central reservation, taking with it a road sign and post before crossing the offside carriageway and colliding with a tree on the verge. Conditional discharge for six months. Costs £35 and licence endorsed with six points.
STUART ROY MARLOW aged 49 of Mount Pleasant Caravan & Camping, Matchams Lane, Hurn, Christchurch. Admitted riding a Honda CBR 125cc motorcycle on Matchams Lane with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £350. To pay victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months. To be reduced by 136 days if defendant completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. Also admitted riding the above said vehicle with no insurance or licence. No separate penalty. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court. Fined £100.
JORJA BORDLEY aged 24 of Fitzmaurice Road, Christchurch. Proved in absence to using a colour TV without a licence. Fined £400. To pay victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.
