TICKETS for a free show for 10,000 people to welcome the Olympic Torch in Bournemouth will be available from 9am tomorrow.

The two-and-a-half hour spectacular will take place by the Pier on Friday, July 13 and the highlight of the celebration will be the arrival of the iconic flame.

Torch relay sponsors Coca Cola, Lloyds TSB and Samsung will lay on acts Wretch 32 and Twist n Pulse who were runners up in the Britain's Got Talent final 2010.

Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Pavilion Dance and Avant Garde have also signed up to take part in the 'Bournemouth Sings' and 'Bournemouth Dances' sections.

The show will be shown live in a one hour special by the BBC on the night.

Tickets, which are free, will be available from the BIC box office with a maximum of eight per household. They are available to BH postcode holders ONLY on Friday, with any remaining tickets available to the general public on Saturday.

The tickets for Weymouth's celebration were all taken in two hours when they were made available last week.
