FIRE crews were called to Old Wareham Road in Poole at 11.45pm on Friday after a skip transporting lorry was set alight.
Two crews from the town’s fire station dealt with the fire, which severely damaged the lorry, as well as affecting caravans nearby and a boundary wall.
A spokesman for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said it was believed the fire was started deliberately and police were also called to the scene.
