Celebrity chefs James Martin and Lesley Waters will be signing copies of his book as well as cooking at this year’s Christchurch Food and Wine Festival.
Lesley’s demonstrations take place 11.30am and 3.30pm on Saturday May 12 and James’s on Sunday May 13 11.30am and 3.30pm.
