IN yesterday’s In The Dock, we said TERENCE CARL RICHARDSON, aged 24, of Boyd Road, Poole, had admitted assault as well as damaging a wardrobe door, a stereo, a blind, window catch and door frame. In fact, he had pleaded not guilty to the allegation of assault and the charge was discontinued. It was for the criminal damage charge that he received a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation £100 and costs £85. We are happy to set the record straight.
