THE TALENTS of young filmmakers from across the globe will be showcased at a forthcoming film festival.
The international One Voice Youth Film Festival returns to Bournemouth next week, bringing entries from America, Europe, Lebanon and Palestine.
A group of young people called the Film Junkies have organised the event at the Stourvale Centre in Stourvale Road.
A shortlisted selection of films and animations will be screened with subject areas including alcoholism, issues facing young disabled people, mythical creatures and young love.
The festival concludes with an awards ceremony judged by screenwriter and playwright John Foster, actor Jamie Lee Hill and award winning film student John Taff.
The event runs from February 8 until February 11, from 5pm until 8.30pm.
Tickets are free and can be reserved by emailing one.voice@bournemouth ymca.org.uk.
