AFC Bournemouth will be holding a charity day to boost two hospices.

Cherries’ Help the Hospices Day will take place on February 25, when the team hosts MK Dons at the Seward Stadium. Families will be offered a ticket for two adults and two children for £25, with £5 going to Forest Holme, Lewis-Manning and Julia’s House.

A host of fun activities kick off at noon, including face painting, keep-up challenges and hair braiding.

Cherries chairman Eddie Mitchell said: “We are really pleased to be able to put on this day for our supporters and the hospices.

“The club has been working closely with the hospices over the course of the season, and it has been a privilege to be associated with them and I hope we have helped to highlight the good work that they do.”
